Quick Start

Backend

cd backend
python -m venv venv
source venv/bin/activate
pip install -r requirements.txt
uvicorn main:app --reload --host 0.0.0.0 --port 8000

Frontend

cd frontend
npm install
npm run dev

Open http://localhost:5173 -- register an account and start tracking.

Desktop Tracker

MCP Server (Claude Plugin)

Vibe Score Formula

Score = (Duration in Minutes x Prompt Count) / (Break Time in Minutes + 1)

Classification	Score Range	Description
Normal	< 100	Balanced AI usage
Deep Flow	100 - 499	Highly focused session
High Dependency	>= 500	Consider taking breaks
